Support our “Olympics of Dragon Boat” Training

Dear friends and supporters,

Exactly, 4 weeks from today, the team will represent the PDBF-Philippine paradragon delegation to the 14th IDBF World Championships in Pattaya, Thailand.

This is by far the ” olympics” of dragonboat racing in the world with over 80 countries participating.

This is considered a dream-come-true for our athletes who , for a fact has been sidelined , disenfranchised and deprived of the opportunity to enjoy and participate in sports due to the stigma attached their disabilities all their life a few years ago.

The paddlers shall be undergoing a 2-3 week in-house intensive training in preparation to the biggest race of their lives.

However, budget restraints has been a huge challenge for this plan. We believe that anything is possible if we step up as a community through our collective efforts.

We are aiming to raise at least PhP 54,600 (USD 1000) for the nutritional program during the course of the training.

We have also made a breakdown of expenses for those who are willing to provide IN-KIND DONATIONS.
